You also cannot leave the city without trying one of the most traditional dishes of Malaga’s gastronomy, a typical dish served in every inn next to the Montes de Malaga road. A combined dish with almost 100 years of history, its purpose was to feed people who traveled through the mountains on a donkey. This dish includes: loin in colored butter, sausage, black pudding, fried pepper, fried egg, and potatoes, but it can also include crumbs and oranges. It’s a really delicious dish, but not suitable for those with delicate stomachs.
