It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothes. If you want to swim, don’t forget to bring your swimsuit. On sunny days sunscreen especially for children. For cold days, bring a windbreaker. Be sure to keep your belongings well stored in your bag or backpack, to avoid getting lost with wind blows or sudden movements of the boat.
- For meteorological or technical reasons, they will be offered another alternative or a new available date.
- You can exchange a date or receive a refund of your ticket, either with the operator that made the sale or at the box office, depending on the CIA, and you must deliver the supporting ticket if it was issued.
- Is it mandatoryto make areservation?
RESERVATION are recommended, although the client can travel the same day but must purchase tickets 20 min before departure and can board as long as there are places available.

Yes, in fact we have many families that get on board even with baby carts.
- Can you travel pregnant ?
Yes, but we advise you to come when the sea is calm, in this way you can move around the ship without problems.
