MAGIC VISION

STARFISH DOS

The vessels of COSTASOL CRUCEROS SL — “MAGIC VISION” (NIB 243153) and
“STAR FISH TWO” (NIB 25376) They are passenger ships according to their Shipment Sheets, suitable for navigation
and maritime passenger transport, classified as 2nd list (passenger ships), and dispatched and with capacity for
passenger transport, according to the statutory certificate of the vessels (including the maximum number certificate
of ship passengers), which confirms that the activity is that of maritime passenger transport.

COSTASOL CRUISES SL is registered in the Registry of Shipping Companies, in which they are registered,
in accordance with the provisions of article 251 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, of September 5, by which
approves the Revised Text of the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Navy (the "TRLPEMM"), and in Article 10.1
of Royal Decree 1027/1989, of July 28, on flagging, registration of ships and maritime registry.

Natural or legal persons who own one or more vessels whose length between perpendiculars is
equal to or greater than nine meters, from the First, Second, Fifth and Sixth Lists, and those that are not owners of
they dedicate themselves to their exploitation.

We have two boats adapted for all types of public:

MAGIC VISION (NIB 243153): Passenger catamaran, classified as List 2, suitable for navigation and passenger transport. Capacity according to the maximum number of passengers certificate.
STARFISH DOS (NIB 25376): Passenger ship, classified also as List 2, suitable for navigation and passenger transport. Capacity in accordance with the official certificate of maximum number of passengers.

Both vessels are designed to offer comfort and safety to our passengers, with a highly experienced team committed to the marine environment and the conservation of the environment.

Last Mile Program – Next Generation EU Funds

The project Navigating Without Barriers · Digital Inclusion Point is part of the aid program Last Mile, managed by SEGITTUR and funded by the Next Generation EU Funds, and aims to improve accessibility and the visitor experience in the field of nautical tourism.

The initiative focuses on digitalization applied to the onboard experience, incorporating inclusive technological solutions that facilitate access to cultural, environmental and marine content for all types of audiences, with special attention to people with visual and hearing disabilities.

Among the actions carried out, the following stand out: creation of marine fauna figures and objects in 3D format, Designed for a tactile and sensory experience, these devices incorporate identification technology (chip). These elements allow users to activate descriptive audio and interpretive content directly from their mobile device, reinforcing environmental education and inclusion.

The project has contributed to modernizing the tourist experience, increasing its educational value and moving towards a more accessible, innovative and sustainable nautical tourism model, aligned with the objectives of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
