Our company has 2 large capacity boats with professional crews with maritime safety certificates and tourist quality ‘Sicted’, ‘Blue Flag’, ‘Administrative concession for cetacean watching’ as well as official certificates and clearances by the maritime captaincy of Málaga and the captaincy of the port of Benalmádena.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to weather or technical -reasons, you will be offered an alternative or a new available date.
You can change the date or receive a refund for your ticket, either through the operator who made the sale or at the box office depending on the company, by presenting the ticket receipt if it was issued.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to make a reservation?

BOOKING is recommended, although the customer can go directly the same day (20 min. before) and board as long as there are places available.

Can babies enter?

Yes, in fact we have many families coming on board even with pushchairs.

Is it possible to travel pregnant?

Yes, but we advise you to come when the sea is calm, so that you can move around the boat without any problems.

WHAT TO BRING?

Comfortable shoes and clothes are recommended.
If you want to swim, don't forget to bring your swimming costume.*
On sunny days sun protection, especially for children.
For cold days, windproof.
Be sure to pack your belongings in your bag or rucksack, so that they don't get lost in the wind or sudden movements of the boat.
