CANCELLATIONS

Due to weather or technical reasons, you will be offered an alternative or a new available date.
You can exchange the date or receive a refund of your ticket, either with the operator who made the sale or at the ticket office, depending on the CIA, and you must submit the ticket receipt if it was issued.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to make a reservation?

BOOKING is recommended, although the customer can go directly the same day (20 min. before) and board as long as there are places available.

Can babies enter?

Yes, in fact we have many families coming on board even with pushchairs.

Is it possible to travel pregnant?

Yes, but we advise you to come when the sea is calm, so that you can move around the boat without any problems.

Is it possible to buy food on board?

We have a bar with snacks and drinks.

WHAT TO BRING?

Comfortable shoes and clothes are recommended. If you want to swim, don't forget to bring your swimming costume. On sunny days, sun protection, especially for children. On cold days, a windbreaker. Make sure you keep your belongings in your bag or rucksack, to avoid losing them in the wind or sudden movements of the boat.
