Follow these simple rules!

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our passengers, we ask that you follow these rules when traveling with your pet:

  • Leash and muzzle: Your pet must be kept on a leash and, if your pet requires it due to its breed or behavior, muzzled in all areas of the boat, including in outdoor spaces.

  • Constant control:Please keep your pet close to you at all times, ensuring that it does not disturb other passengers.

  • Hygiene: It is the owner's responsibility to immediately pick up their pet's excrement and deposit it in the designated containers.

  • Restricted areas: For safety and comfort reasons, some areas of the ship are restricted to pets. Pets are not allowed to use the ship's seats, these are intended for passengers.

  • Animal welfare: Make sure your pet is well hydrated and has access to a cool, comfortable place during the trip. Bring enough water and food for the entire journey.

When traveling with your pet, you are assuming the responsibility of ensuring their safety and the well-being of other passengers. Please work with us to ensure that everyone has a pleasant trip.

For safety reasons, some areas of the ship are restricted to animals, and seats are reserved exclusively for passengers. We recommend bringing fresh water and, if the trip is longer, some food for your pet, ensuring they stay comfortable and hydrated throughout the voyage.
